Ballinduin Bothy’s self catering accommodation has been created by the attractive conversion of a farm steading building adjacent to Ballinduin House, the owners’ home. Specification for the general development also took the opportunity to address the particular needs of wheelchair users, including not only entry and interior design considerations but also access to Ballinduin Bothy’s own garden. Given the special demands of this specification however, it means that all bedrooms and their en suite facilities are unusually spacious, which of course is to the advantage of all guests.

Ballinduin Bothy has three twin bedded rooms, each with an en suite shower room.
There is also a separate bath facility. The living room features a large picture window looking on to an area often populated by wildlife. TV; video and radio are provided. Off the living room is a galley style kitchen equipped with an electric cooker; fridge/freezer; washing machine/drier and microwave.

The wheelchair accessible bothy garden commands magnificent views to both east and west and garden furniture is available for the use of guests as is a rotary clothes line.

Controllable heating throughout is electric but there is also a wood burning stove in the living room.

All linen and towels are provided together with basic toiletries and complimentary tea/coffee will be waiting to welcome you upon your arrival.

In accordance with the law in Scotland smoking is not allowed within or adjacent to the premises. It is also not possible for guests to bring pets, though guide dogs are welcome.
